Products that are more difficult to photograph can cost more due to the extra time involved in making them look great. Anything with a very reflective surface, such as jewelry, or anything that is clear, such as glassware, require special lighting techniques which takes a bit more time.

1) Will you call us when our products arrive before photo shooting ? When your products arrive we'll give you a call to let you know that everything arrived safely. With the products in our hands we'll give you a call to discuss the project once more to go over ideas and anything else that will help us create the very best photo.

2) will I see a preview of the final photographs for Approval? Yes, after we've finished your images we'll make them available in an online gallery for you to review. Upon your approval of the images we will complete the project and deliver your images to you.

3) Which payment method do you accept ?_We accept payments by check and also accept all major credit cards. Please make checks payable to Camera wiz All projects require a 50% deposit to begin work. Please note that we must receive payment in full before we can deliver your final images, however, you will get the opportunity to view your proofs online before making final payment.

 4) Can you deliver the Photographs in a CD?_Yes, All of our clients will received a full resolution CD of all the finished images

5) How long will it take to receive my photos?_Production time for most projects is about 10 business days from the point which we receive your products. When scheduling your project we can give you an exact delivery date and also work with you on whatever deadlines you may have.

6) What if my product requires extensive prep or assembly?_If you anticipate that your product will take a long time to set-up, we usually just add whatever extra time is required at our hourly rate of $85/hr. We are happy to assemble and prep your product for you.

7) Can I use the images to publish in any Media freely?_All of the images we deliver are royalty free. What this means is the images we create for you are yours to use in your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use.

8)In what file formats will I receive my images?_Your final photos will arrive in a CD. in the following two formats
 
Web optimized_These images will be reduced to a resolution of your choosing, the file size optimized, and then saved in jpeg format for easy immediate use on your website.

 High resolution_These images will be identical in appearance to the web optimized photos, except they are full camera resolution suitable for print and archival purposes. These are also saved in jpeg format using the highest quality setting.
